About IBPS
IBPS stands for the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It is an autonomous central recruitment agency in India that conducts centralized and standardized exams to select candidates for clerical and officer positions in public sector banks and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Exams Conducted by IBPS
IBPS conducts several major exams every year through its Common Recruitment Process (CRP).
IBPS PO/MT: For Probationary Officers / Management Trainees in public sector banks.
IBPS Clerk: For clerical cadre recruitment across participating banks.
IBPS SO: For Specialist Officers, such as IT Officers, Law Officers, and Agricultural Field Officers.
IBPS RRB: For officers and office assistants in regional rural banks.

The Selection Process
